Make a meaningful impact working with K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in a dynamic school-based setting near Cibolo, TX. This rewarding contract position runs from August through June 2027 and offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, providing comprehensive support to students across all grade levels.

Successful candidates bring a passion for helping students reach their communication milestones, a collaborative spirit, and the required Texas SLP or SLPA license. Youll be working onsite, engaging directly with students, teachers, and families in a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP or SLPA license (required)
• Experience working in pediatric, school-based, or K-12 settings
• Strong knowledge of speech-language assessment and intervention techniques
• CCC credential for SLPs preferred
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Conduct student assessments and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions to student needs
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
