What We're Looking For:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs
  • A positive, solutions-focused approach and a passion for fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide both individual and small-group therapy sessions
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each child
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
