A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support within school settings. This position involves working across multiple locations with travel responsibilities, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Adapt therapy techniques to suit a wide range of age groups and communication challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Travel between assigned schools to deliver services efficiently.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP.
- Experience working with children in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, travel-based schedule.
