Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Adapt therapy techniques to suit a wide range of age groups and communication challenges.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development.
• Travel between assigned schools to deliver services efficiently.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP.
• Experience working with children in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, travel-based schedule.
