Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid licensure or eligibility as an SLP in California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, particularly in educational settings
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school and district policies
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain thorough records of services, evaluations, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and professional development as required
