Spanish-speaking abilities are valued and rewarded, but not required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid CA SLP license and CCC credential required
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in California schools
• At least 1 year using SEIS preferred
• Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators preferred
• Highly organized; ability to manage extensive caseloads and referrals
• Bilingual Spanish skills highly regarded, but not mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite speech-language therapy in a school setting
• Supervise SLPAs, collaborating with facilitators as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
• Engage in case management and referral processes efficiently
