Qualifications:
- Active Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Background in pediatric or school-based speech-language services
- Experience or comfort working with K-12 caseloads
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate well with teachers, support staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Work closely with educators and administrators to align therapy goals with students educational plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
- Educate families and staff members about strategies for supporting communication needs outside of therapy
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district regulations
