Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Background in pediatric or school-based speech-language services
• Experience or comfort working with K-12 caseloads
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate well with teachers, support staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Work closely with educators and administrators to align therapy goals with students educational plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
• Educate families and staff members about strategies for supporting communication needs outside of therapy
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district regulations
