Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Massachusetts SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Prior experience with K-12 student populations is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to develop differentiated therapy plans for diverse learners
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within the school environment
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
