Required Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but consideration given to strong CFY candidates
• School-based SLP experience or a strong interest in working within educational environments
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage diverse K-12 caseloads and adapt therapy techniques for various ages and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across the K-12 spectrum
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Deliver therapy through both direct and consultative services, utilizing creative and evidence-based interventions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
