Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license (required)
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • ASHA CCCs or clinical fellowship year candidates considered
  • Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt approaches for diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students speech, language, and communication needs using standardized assessments and observations
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student challenges and abilities
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy, both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students educational progress
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and school activities
