Make an immediate impact in an onsite, full-time role supporting students as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist for the 20262027 academic year. This rewarding opportunity is designed for professionals with fluency in a second language and a passion for fostering communication skills in a diverse student population. You'll collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, delivering specialized speech and language services that empower students to reach their full academic potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Massachusetts SLP license (please be prepared to submit a screenshot)
- Experience working in school settings as an SLP, demonstrating leadership in assessment and intervention
- Bilingual fluency required (Spanish or other language spoken by Springfield students highly desirable)
- SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred
- Adaptability and commitment to onsite work throughout the school year (August 2026 June 2027)
- Ability to pass a drug screen, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
- Reliable transportation and punctual arrival/departure daily
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district standards
- Respond dynamically to the needs of a diverse student body in a supportive, energetic environment
- Ensure all compliance and reporting requirements are met

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
