Exciting opportunity for the upcoming school year! A school district near Chicopee, MA, is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite contract from August 2026 through June 2027. You'll play a vital role supporting students communication abilities within a dynamic educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Massachusetts SLP license (please provide a screenshot as proof)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in school-based settings desired, bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Must successfully pass a drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
- Reliable transportation required for consistent, punctual attendance
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on bilingual needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to tailor interventions
- Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and compliance with state education standards
- Notify school and recruiter promptly in case of illness or absence
Additional Position Details:
- Full-time schedule, academic year (August 2026 June 2027)
- Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams (1530 minutes)
- Must be prepared to complete the fingerprinting and background process promptly upon offer
