Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts (SLP - CCC required)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaborative goal-setting for students
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and educational staff

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student success
• Support a variety of communication needs and advocate for best practices in the classroom
