Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Experience with school-aged populations (PreK8th grade)
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred, though not required
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, especially in diverse or urban districts
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades PreK8
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Serve L6 and L10 campuses, possibly L9, as required
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student goals
