Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Active or eligible state licensure in Illinois
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Compassion and enthusiasm for working with children of different backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs and school goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Deliver services in one-on-one, small group, or classroom settings
