Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active or eligible state licensure in Illinois
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Compassion and enthusiasm for working with children of different backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs and school goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Deliver services in one-on-one, small group, or classroom settings
