This contract opportunity allows you to make a difference in the lives of PreK-8th grade students, while enjoying a schedule that fits your lifestylejust 1-2 days each week. You'll collaborate with educators and families to help a small caseload of 15-21 students develop their communication skills and thrive in the academic environment.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Illinois SLP license
- Possess a Professional Educators License
- Strong foundation in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for PreK-8th grade students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and student progress reporting
- Provide consultation and training for staff regarding speech and language strategies

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.25 to $64.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
