You'll collaborate with educators and families to help a small caseload of 15-21 students develop their communication skills and thrive in the academic environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Illinois SLP license
• Possess a Professional Educators License
• Strong foundation in pediatric speech-language pathology
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for PreK-8th grade students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and student progress reporting
• Provide consultation and training for staff regarding speech and language strategies
