This is a full-time, onsite position serving a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students. You'll conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, assess and test students, and contribute to developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)bringing essential skills to help students thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Valid IL SSW License required
• Experience in school-based speech language pathology (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and compliance standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech/language therapy to individual students and small groups
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
• Participate and present findings in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
• Accurately maintain student documentation and progress reports
