Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric settings and school-based services
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students spanning elementary through middle school
- Proficiency in therapy planning, intervention, and documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work onsite or virtually, with hours ranging from 2040 per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely records of interventions and outcomes
