Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state license (WA or eligibility for reciprocal licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students educational goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all district and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program development
