Job Description

This opportunity is for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide vital support to elementary and secondary students during the 2026-2027 school year. The position is travel-based and located in Chehalis, Washington, offering a dynamic environment working within schools to enhance student communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary and secondary students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student caseload and progress.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions that promote improved communication skills, including articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and social communication.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
  • Experience working in school settings across pediatric populations.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage caseload for both elementary and secondary students effectively.

Location & Schedule:

  • Position is located in Chehalis, WA, requiring travel to the school site.
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week during the school year.
