Job Description

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Active OT licensure in Washington (WA)
  • Experience in pediatric and school settings, including involvement with IEPs and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong skills in supporting students fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation needs
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, families, and special education professionals
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site full-time
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services for students across a diverse caseload
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to address students motor and functional needs within the school environment
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, counselors, and support staff to implement strategies that promote student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with federal and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and parent conferences as needed
  • Contribute expertise to support a positive learning environment and facilitate students independence
