Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Georgia SLP License required
- SLP-CCC credential preferred for expert-level support
- Experience working within school environments highly desirable
- Ability to effectively evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language difficulties in children from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Strong organization and time management skills to balance documentation, therapy, and collaboration with teachers and parents
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs and educational goals
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions onsite, maximizing student access to care
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
