Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Virginia SLP license and credentials
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
  • Background in healthcare speech-language services is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students
  • Manage an assigned caseload across a variety of age groups (K-12)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to foster student development
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, supporting goal development and progress monitoring
  • Provide both onsite and virtual therapy as assigned, ensuring accessibility for all students
