Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
• Experience with K-12 populations in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Creative, adaptable, and passionate about student growth
• Ability to work independently and alongside educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and execute individualized intervention plans
• Document student progress and collaborate on IEP development
• Serve as a resource to teachers and families regarding student communication needs
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
