Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
- Experience with K-12 populations in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Creative, adaptable, and passionate about student growth
- Ability to work independently and alongside educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and execute individualized intervention plans
- Document student progress and collaborate on IEP development
- Serve as a resource to teachers and families regarding student communication needs
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
