Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
  • Experience working in K-12 schools, with a strong understanding of educational and pediatric SLP needs
  • CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Compassionate communicator and dedicated advocate for student growth

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services for assigned caseload (elementary or secondary students)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Utilize creative, evidence-based approaches to address speech and language goals
  • Support educational staff through consultation and training on best practices
