Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Texas
- Prior professional experience in a school setting

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure cohesive support
- Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to review progress and adjust treatment plans
