• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in accordance with state requirements
• Provisional or intern state license, or ability to obtain one
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for working with school-aged children
• Interest in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Dedication to evidence-based therapy and individualized student support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations, write assessment reports, and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session activities
• Partner with teachers, special educators, and families to foster supportive learning environments
• Participate in meetings, in-services, and training relevant to professional growth
• Contribute to the overall positive climate and culture of the educational team
