Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in accordance with state requirements
- Provisional or intern state license, or ability to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for working with school-aged children
- Interest in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to evidence-based therapy and individualized student support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct evaluations, write assessment reports, and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session activities
- Partner with teachers, special educators, and families to foster supportive learning environments
- Participate in meetings, in-services, and training relevant to professional growth
- Contribute to the overall positive climate and culture of the educational team
