Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Kansas provisional SLP license or eligibility
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to collaborate with diverse teamsteachers, families, and other specialists
• Commitment to advancing student outcomes through evidence-based techniques
• Completion of required practicum and ready to begin Clinical Fellowship Year
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a school-based setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments following best practices
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering insight and recommendations
• Support families and classroom staff with strategies and resources to reinforce student progress
• Seek and utilize mentorship from experienced SLPs to ensure ongoing professional growth
