Job Description

As a Clinical Fellow, youll collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver targeted speech and language therapy services. The focus is on helping students unlock their potential, overcome communication obstacles, and achieve their academic goals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for or possessing a California SLP license and Clinical Fellowship credential
  • Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and thrive in a collaborative, educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students with varied needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for student goals
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication objectives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards
