Job Description

This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to build your skills and confidence with robust supervision provided for Clinical Fellows. Youll support students communication development at a single, supportive campusno travel between sites required. Opportunities are available across elementary, secondary, and PreK-12 populations, working alongside experienced staff members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Florida provisional SLP License issued by the Department of Health
  • Eligibility for and willingness to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting requirements (including AHCA Clearinghouse checks and JLA badge issuance)
  • Successful completion of an internal eligibility and video interview process
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Passion for supporting diverse student needs within a school setting
  • Comfort working exclusively in-person (on-site position; virtual/remote not available)
  • SLPAs are not accepted for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to caseloads of PreK, elementary, or secondary students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Provide direct services on your assigned campus MondayThursday, with part-time hours ranging from 20-26 per week
