Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Michigan state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to an inclusive, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
• Document student progress, maintain therapy records, and provide ongoing reports to staff and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff
• Consult with families and educators to support carryover of skills
• Remain current on best practices and professional standards in speech-language pathology
