Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Eligibility for Kansas state licensure as an SLP-CFY
• Ability to obtain necessary clearances for a school setting
• Passion for fostering growth and communication in children and adolescents
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs, under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Administer assessments, interpret results, and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Track progress, document session notes, and adjust approaches as needed to support student success
• Engage with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student engagement and outcomes
