Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or currently enrolled in a CFY program)
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold state licensure (or temporary certification, as applicable)
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities
  • Enthusiasm for working with students with diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support educational goals
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Receive mentoring and supervision from a certified SLP, meeting all CFY requirements
