Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
  • Current eligibility for state licensure as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) in Georgia
  • Completion of all academic and clinical practicum requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping school-aged children achieve their fullest potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver therapy services as outlined in student IEPs, both individually and in small-group settings
  • Monitor student progress and document results with accuracy and timeliness
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development activities
  • Receive direct supervision and mentorship from a certified Speech-Language Pathologist as required for CFY completion
