Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for, or currently enrolled in, a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative school environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality support to students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and parents
• Provide direct therapy services to students ranging from early childhood to adolescent ages
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Work closely with experienced SLP supervisors for guidance and support during your CFY
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes and foster a positive school environment
