Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for, or currently enrolled in, a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative school environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality support to students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and parents
- Provide direct therapy services to students ranging from early childhood to adolescent ages
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with experienced SLP supervisors for guidance and support during your CFY
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes and foster a positive school environment
