Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Ability to obtain a valid state licensure or credential as required
- Passion for working with children and young adults in an academic environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders under the guidance of a licensed clinical supervisor
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to promote students communication skills and educational success
- Maintain student records, progress documentation, and compliance-related reporting
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Engage in mentorship activities to fulfill clinical fellowship requirements
