Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Ability to obtain a valid state licensure or credential as required
• Passion for working with children and young adults in an academic environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders under the guidance of a licensed clinical supervisor
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to promote students communication skills and educational success
• Maintain student records, progress documentation, and compliance-related reporting
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
• Engage in mentorship activities to fulfill clinical fellowship requirements
