Step into an impactful role supporting elementary and middle school learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF). This full-time, on-site contract opportunity offers you the chance to apply your expertise at a single school site in a vibrant, student-centered educational environment near Smyrna, GA. Youll work alongside dedicated educators and specialists while developing your clinical skills during the school year, and enjoy the variety and fulfillment of working with children of diverse backgrounds.
What You'll Bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Georgia PSC license (recent requirement), professional state licensure, and valid ASHA credential at the time of hire
- Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Recent fingerprint clearance and successful completion of a drug screening
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff
- Passion for supporting students communication goals and academic success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students in elementary and middle school populations
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in alignment with IEPs
- Maintain timely, accurate records and complete required documentation
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in pre-screen interviews (timing can be scheduled between 911 a.m. and 23 p.m. EST, with flexibility as needed)
