What youll bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current or in-process Washington state licensure
- A passion for working with children in diverse educational settings
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Adaptability and creativity in tailoring services to individual student needs
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and the special education process preferred
Your key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment sessions
- Participate in eligibility meetings and help with educational planning
- Attend professional development as needed to fulfill CFY requirements

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.00 to $52.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
