Job Description

A Speech-Language Pathologist with either a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a contract position for the New School Year (NSY) with opportunities for onsite, teletherapy, or travel assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students, with a focus on those using AAC devices.
  • Evaluate student progress and communicate findings effectively.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to advocate for student needs.
  • Collaborate closely with school staff to support student development and intervention plans.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Valid SLP CFY or CCC certification.
  • Experience with AAC device assessments and implementation.
  • Familiarity with K-12 educational environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Location:

  • Position based in Santa Rosa, CA, with flexibility for teletherapy and travel as needed.
