Required Qualifications:

• Current TX SLP license or certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Bilingual Preferred but not required
• Experience working with pediatric and school-based caseloads, ideally in K12 settings is preferred 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged students
• Collaborate with educators and specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services across K12 grade levels
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in parent/guardian conferences and support staff with language development strategies
• Tailor therapy methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds
