Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade as an Itinerant Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist. This on-site position involves collaborating across multiple school sites, helping create positive communication outcomes for children with mild to moderate needs. With a start date in August and a full school-year assignment, youll play an integral role in shaping student success across a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Florida Department of Health SLP Licensure
  • Eligibility for (or completion of) Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Must complete Florida fingerprinting processes; AHCA Clearinghouse verification may expedite credentialing
  • Passion for working with diverse age groups and needs
  • Reliable, flexible, and ready to travel between sites as assigned

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based evaluations, assessments, and therapy for a varied PreK-12 caseload (approx. 60 students, subject to final confirmation)
  • Consult, collaborate, and communicate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEPs and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting per school and state guidelines
  • Travel between assigned campuses as needed in an itinerant role
  • Foster engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate therapy sessions tailored to student needs
