What you bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for California licensure as an SLP-CFY
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Adaptability, teamwork skills, and a student-centered mindset
- Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a plus
Your daily responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to ensure comprehensive support
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and adjust strategies as needed
- Support students in making measurable improvements in communication and academic participation
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship provided by experienced SLPs
