Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and intent to obtain ASHA certification
- Current or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Desire to work within a collaborative, student-focused environment
- Passion for supporting diverse learners and innovative intervention strategies
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions, tracking progress and modifying approaches as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for communication support
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
