Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current eligibility for Texas SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credentialing
• Passion for supporting school-aged children with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance varied caseloads
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students per IEP goals and in accordance with school district policies
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs and monitor progress
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to tailor interventions and foster student success in the classroom
• Complete and maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and related compliance paperwork
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities to stay current in best practices
