This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows eager to support students across a range of ages and needs in a school-based setting near Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. The position offers essential hands-on experience, working directly on-site across potentially multiple school locations as an itinerant specialist for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure required
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
  • Previous school-based experience (preferred, not required), particularly with PreK-12 populations
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy services to a diverse caseload (mild to moderate needs), with student ages ranging from PreK to 12th grade
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student IEP goals
  • Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and federal requirements
  • Travel between assigned school sites as needed, ensuring all students on your caseload are supported effectively

Important Details:

  • Full-time: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day) from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027
  • Fingerprinting and background check required; candidates with previous Florida school district fingerprints may expedite this process
