Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Recent school-based or pediatric practicum experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic educational setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy and diagnostic services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Participate in the development and review of IEPs, setting targeted goals for optimal student outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote generalization of skills across learning environments
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports to document student growth and support compliance
  • Engage in supervision and mentorship with experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, receiving guidance and feedback
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development activities as required
