Step into an engaging and supportive school-based role as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) for the extended school year in the West Palm Beach area. This contract opportunity offers consistent part-time hours and direct, on-site supervisionideal for CFs looking to complete their fellowship and build experience within elementary or secondary education settings.

Youll be assigned to either Royal Palm School or Indian Ridge, focusing on just one campus during your assignmentnot itinerant travel. Caseloads are tailored to PreK-12, with set schedules that respect your time: Monday through Thursday, with no evenings or weekends required.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Florida provisional SLP license from the Department of Health
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship supervision (SLP-CF)
• Willingness to complete school-specific fingerprinting and credentialing processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to collaborative practice within a school team
• SLPAs are not being considered for this position

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary or secondary students, depending on assignment
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document student progress and participate in team meetings with staff and family members
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and caregivers
• Maintain compliance with all school district and state documentation and procedural guidelines
