Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders (or in progress toward completion)
- Current eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and applicable state licensure
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting children and collaborating with educational teams
- Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student populations and evolving needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure student success
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, helping to develop and monitor goals
