As a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY), youll play an essential part in helping PreK12 students reach their communication potential. Start as soon as possible and work through May 28, 2027, contributing your expertise alongside a passionate educational team.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure required
• Eligibility for or enrollment in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring strategies for mild to moderate speech/language needs
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Must complete Florida school fingerprinting and credentialing requirements (including AHCA Clearinghouse verification if applicable)
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability for itinerant, multi-site service

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse caseload, estimated at 60 students, across multiple schools (PreK12th grade)
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment
• Serve as an itinerant SLP-CFY, traveling between assigned campuses as needed (final assignments to be confirmed)
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and required paperwork
