Job Description
A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) to support K-12 students in Jacksonville, FL. This role requires a Florida SLP-CFY credential and offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. The position is based within a school setting, providing services across the kindergarten to 12th-grade age group.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Florida SLP-CFY certification
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 students
- Ability to implement speech-language assessments and interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Location:
- Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and providing speech-language therapy to students
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
