We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) ready to kick-start their career in a supportive educational setting. Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Energetic, organized, and self-driven
- Willingness to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Ability to support IEP development and implementation
- Experience or training in school-based services preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each students unique needs
- Document progress and adjust therapy as necessary to maximize student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and updates to the multidisciplinary team
- Offer direct therapy in both individual and group settings, utilizing engaging, evidence-based approaches
- Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and educational staff
