Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Energetic, organized, and self-driven
• Willingness to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Ability to support IEP development and implementation
• Experience or training in school-based services preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each students unique needs
• Document progress and adjust therapy as necessary to maximize student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and updates to the multidisciplinary team
• Offer direct therapy in both individual and group settings, utilizing engaging, evidence-based approaches
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and educational staff
