Job Description

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current eligibility for or possession of SLP-CFY licensure in Washington State
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to fostering student growth through individualized support
  • Eagerness to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Participate in the IEP process, including goal writing and progress monitoring
  • Work closely with general and special education staff to integrate therapy in classroom routines
  • Provide guidance and support to students, families, and staff on communication strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
