Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for, or current enrollment in, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Provisional state licensure as required
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges

- Conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate records
