What you bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (from an accredited program)
  • Eligibility for or possession of a Kansas SLP license (or ability to secure prior to start)
  • Recent completion or near-completion of clinical practicum hours
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

In this role, you will:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders, under the guidance and mentorship of a licensed SLP
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Track and report progress, documenting all interventions according to district and legal standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development
  • Engage in regular supervision and feedback as part of the Clinical Fellowship year requirements
